George Carl Mastrodonato

George Mastrodonato is a partner in the Tax group and focuses his practice on state and local tax matters emphasizing business and commercial tax issues, and government and regulatory issues. He represents clients in court and before state and local tax agencies, and regularly assists clients with tax bills before the state legislature.

While representing a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, Mr. Mastrodonato has extensive experience in the forest products, public utility, service, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and transportation areas. He has more than 30 years experience in both the public and private sectors in tax audits and appeals from the administrative level to the appellate court level.
