D Christian Addicott

Chris's practice focuses on real estate-related business transactions. He documents and negotiates loans for institutional lenders, structures partnerships and LLCs for developers and equity real estate investors, establishes condominiums, represents land banking entities, and advises businesses and individuals on leases, easements, covenants, contracts, and other business matters. Chris received a J.D., with high honors, from the University of Washington, and a B.A. from Columbia College.
