  • Jeffrey Paul Helsdon

I had the good fortune to work with Christy on a Chapter 11 case in which I was corporate counsel for the Debtor corporation which owned and operated 37 retail stores. Christy was counsel for the lender who provided Debtor-In-Possession financing, and who also was the Stalking Horse bidder in the auction of the Debtor's assets. It was a complex transaction. Astute, sharp and eloquent make a great combination in a lawyer, and Christy possesses all three in quantities, while adding both charm and humor to the mix. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and look forward to working with her again.
