Allen was the lawyer for my mother's case, however he was really being a lawyer for our entire family. He communicated excellently with each family member by addressing every concern as well as providing vast insight. He was genuinely humble and kind with the utmost professionalism throughout our long case. I was impressed how much he went above and beyond and even followed-up with us after we thanked him for his counsel. I highly recommend Allen and hope that if I need another lawyer, that he will be available.
I was referred to Allen Bentley as to the best criminal defense lawyer in WA State. After many months of working with him I can say that it is so much right!! He is very knowledgeable, professional, loyal and dedicated to his clients! He is not just a Super Lawyer he is a very good person and has lots of patience. I feel blessed to have my freedom back and I owe it all to Allen for being an excellent attorney. Allen worked very hard on my case and I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for the best lawyer!
Allen has been representing me in various issues for over 6 years - I have only the best impressions and only praise for his work, diligence, dedication, loyalty trrust and above all kindness. Among several other lawyers I have interacted with, he is in a league of his own by far!! He has been there for me way beyond the call of duty and at his own expense! He has always given wise advise and more importantly has always put my interest above anything else!!
I have been blessed to have him as my lawyer and above all consider him a friend
Allen Bentley did a superb job of respresenting me and ulitmately prevailing in a federal criminal case that involved the imposition of an illegal sentence. We were up against bureaucratic US Attorneys who claimed they had a right to impose a $30 million restitution judgement against me simply because of a procedural error despite their knowledge that the sentencing judge intended the amount to be $50,000. Al did extensive research and provided superb arguments as to why the case should be put before the judge for resentencing. He ultimately got the government to stipulate to the resentencing and persuaded the judge to sentence me to the amount that he originally intended to impose ($50,000).
