For over twenty five years, Richard Dykstra’s practice has focused on the representation of policyholders and insurance companies on issues of insurance coverage and good faith claims handling. This includes coverage for condominium developers, and owners of damaged buildings. He also advises insureds and insurnace companies on coverage for claims relating to malpractice, municipal liability, and claims handling.
