Bob looks much more distinguished in person than the photo he's posted. And he is, despite the ridiculously contrived and absurd Avvo rating, among the top 3-4 criminal defense lawyers in Western Washington. If you were to ask his fellow attorneys or his clients, they'd tell you that. Bob's excellent results in both state and federal court are reknown to those of us who work with him in the criminal justice system. He has probably forgotten more about criminal trial work than I will ever know, and I've been around this business for 18 years now. Please, do NOT consider this referral "rating" system when you consider hiring Bob Leen to represent you. You can't evaluate a fine criminal defense lawyer like Bob with "points"; it's a disservice to the public and a disservice to Bob. I've referred many clients I personally could not help to Bob Leen and will continue to do so. And if I were ever charged with a serious crime, Bob is one of the few attorneys I'd consider hiring to represent me.
