Shashi represented me when I used a picture from the internet on a blog and it was spotted by a "copyright troll." Shashi educated me on the pertinent laws and my options on how to respond to the claim. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and responding as required to the claimant's attorney. I believe Shashi minimized my financial exposure and anxiety in negotiating a settlement.

I hired Sashi to help me navigate starting my own business -- from filing my corporate papers to filing for non-profit status. Her kind demeanor and thorough and thoughtful work ensured that I'll be working with her as my business grows. As we went through the process, she brought up issues I hadn't thought about and explained everything I needed to know especially in the non-profit environment. She is hard working and has excellent communication skills. She worked on my project with passion, and was on time and on budget for everything I asked of her. I would highly recommend Sashi for anyone entering into business.

Shashi was very proactive in her approach to our particular situation. Most attorneys look to keep the
"case open" where she looks to get it resolved in a timely manner and for the benefit of her clients. Of all
the attorneys I have hired she proved herself to me that she was the right person to get our case resolved
without dragging it out for prolonged periods of time. She was excellent in positioning our negotiation stance,
to our benefit. She will always be my "go too" attorney and have since referred her to several others. You will be making a big mistake if you do not make her part of your team - RD

How she got such a high rating is beyond me. I've left messages, I even spoke to the receptionist and still crickets. I am beyond frustrated. I sought the help of a professional for a reason. This is such poor customer service. I waited over 5 1/2 years for closure, and did everything I was asked to do, to expedite closure (and it still took 5+ years). And now that I want to know about final disbursement, I can't get a return email or a return phone call.

I have no idea how this person ever got such a high rating. I called 4 times in a 3 week period and never so much as got a call back. I did get ahold of a receptionist on another phone call and left a message but still no return call. Where was she when I really needed her help? No where to be found. That was very poor customer service and I will not attempt to contact her again. I will find someone who will at least return a phone call.

Shashi was great at helping us with our Will. Her approach is to the point while being flexible at the same time. I would highly recommend Shashi to anyone looking for assistance.

She has always answered my questions in such away that I gained a thorough understanding. Though I at times think things are not moving fast enough, she has put me at ease assuring me that everything is ok.

Ms. Vijay was referred to us by a friend who is also a practicing attorney in her area of expertise. We had some recent probate/will issues to attend to that were a bit tough to migrate through due to a death in the family. Ms. Vijay practiced patience and professionalism to understand our situation and delivered the necessary legal guidance to get us the required results. It is my observation that she excels not only in her profession, but in character and compassion to understand her client's goals. What we appreciated the most is the peace of mind after working with her to expeditiously close out some difficult tasks surrounding the death in our family. I highly recommend Ms. Vijay and would definitely hire her again!

I was unfamiliar with the short sale real estate process. The property I was wanting to buy was a short sale that also had multiple lien holders and required approval from bankruptcy court. There were a lot of obstacles in the course of the sale and I felt it would be best to consult with a professional about the process.
After the initial consultation I felt confident in retaining attorney Vijay to help me thru the process.
Shashi impressed me not only with her knowledge of the step by step workings of the short sale , but also by her genuine motivation to make sure I was informed, that I under stood what was happening and that I was being represented in the best way. Shashi's enthusiasm during the entire sale was consistent even during those slow waiting time frames when it seemed like forward progress had come to a stand still.
I would recommend attorney Vijay with the highest level of satisfaction and would look forward to working with her again if the opportunity presented itself.

Shashi met with me during the week between Christmas and New Years. She listened intently as I described my vision for a non-profit. She described a clear course of action for the coming months. She was/is first knowledgeable, listens and understands, and communicates procedures to me, a novice entrepreneur, in clear and concise ways. The package that we mailed to the IRS was comprehensive, detailed, and professional. Shashi took the time to do it right.
