Jensen, in which the court rejected the legislature's clear intention to make all breath tests admissible, and instead, gave judges even broader power to suppress unreliable, inaccurate breath test results in DUI cases. Ted and I have done a jury trial together also. I've seen Ted in action on many challenges and motions and I most strongly endorse him.
