Jim took my information and determined the type of filing that best fit my situation. Bankruptcy is such a complex area of law and it was a huge relief to have all my questions answered and to know that all of the paperwork was properly taken care of by Jim and his staff. My filing and discharge in bankruptcy went smoothly and I am now much more careful with my finances, having learned from my experience. Jim and his office are not fancy or expensive. He didn't spend a lot of time talking, and his email communications with me were to the point and not overdone. I asked specific questions and he gave me the answers. Bankruptcy is scary and I was afraid going in, but it is now a few months behind me and I'm very grateful that another client referred me to Jim.
