Dainen's practice focuses on creating clear and timely solutions so that communities can thrive. He provides a full range of legal services to condominium and homeowner associations, including general counsel, enforcement, and collections services. Dainen has substantial experience collecting delinquent assessments and representing community associations as creditors in bankruptcy matters.
His past experience helping consumers improve their financial position through bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts enhances his ability to advocate for the interests of community associations.
Dainen is an experienced board member and community leader, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Bar Association of Washington. He served as 2011-2012 President of the Washington Young Lawyers Division. Dainen holds several Vice Chair appointments in the Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association and is a member of the TIPS Standing Committee on Law Students.
Outside of work and his volunteer and community service, Dainen enjoys spending time with family, and weather permitting, outdoors activities such as hiking, running, and camping.
