About Me

I have focused my 15 years of practicing law exclusively in the areas of personal injury and insurance matters.  I began my career as in-house counsel for a large national insurance company defending at-fault parties as well as the corporation itself when sued for failure to provide benefits.  I have since dedicated my practice to representing individuals who suffer from severe injuries and can benefit from having an advocate in their corner who understands the inner workings of insurance companies and will level the playing field for them.  While my clients come from all parts of Washington State,  I am proud to assist residents in Kent, and all of South King County, as I am a South King County resident myself.

I have  extensive courtroom experience, having tried over 35 jury trials and 100 bench trials in my career.

I have achieved an "AV" Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the top rating for attorneys based on reviews from other attorneys. I have received a "10.0" rating from along with the Client's Choice Award. I am also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle member), Brain Injury Association of Washington, King County Bar Association, and the Latino Bar Association of Washington. Lastly, I am a court-appointed arbitrator for the Superior Court in King County.
