Mark Charles McClure

I am Senior Counsel at the Law Office of Mark McClure, PS where I practice in the fields of consumer rights and bankruptcy, including related litigation, and have been the lead attorney in predatory lending lawsuits and adversary matters. 

Previously, I practiced Intellectual Property and Patent Law as a contract attorney for Schwab Williamson and Wyatt, where I prosecuted patents for Intel and other technology related firms.

In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering for efforts that support the economically and socially vulnerable, spending time with my three children, as well as cooking for and entertaining friends and family.
