Bill assisted us as we worked through probating a Will we were involved in followed by reviewing Estate Planning options and then completing Estate Planning for ourselves and our mother. We couldn't be more please.

I have a mentally disabled brother. When my father died, my mother became his sole guardian. A her health failed, we needed to have the guardianship transferred to a couple of my sisters. Bill Kessler prepared the paperwork and handled the legalities for us. Then when my mother died, and I had been named me as the executor of her estate, I was not sure what needed to be done. So I turned to William Kessler, again. The estate had to go through Probate. Bill e-mailed or called me during each step of the process to let me know what to expect and what I needed to do. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend William Kessler. He was pleasant, personable and easy to talk to.

Bill helped my family resolve a building/zoning issue we had with the City of Edmonds. He was very diligent, and also creative about how he approached our problem. I plan to use his services again to help me set up a small business. I have a high level of trust in Bill.

Having dealt with several attorneys within the last year alone, I feel comfortable stating Mr. Kessler sets the bar high. In all fascets he exceeded my expectations with his comprehensive and timely delivery of my business needs and was more than fair in his billings.
