I am a member of our domestic and employment groups at Beresford Booth PLLC. While providing the highest level of advocacy in our motion and trial practice, we understand and strive to provide cost effective solutions and to promote settlement and resolution of a case short of trial. My practice is devoted to helping people navigate through the most difficult moments in their lives.
I represent employers in proceedings involving labor disputes, wage & hour matters, unemployment, and discrimination claims. I enjoy providing counsel to businesses to help them navigate planning, employment and collection issues. Whether working to resolve pending litigation or creating a framework for risk management, I am committed to my clients' goals.
As a family law litigator, I bring compassion and a balanced perspective to my clients. My background in business and litigation provides a foundation to advise clients regarding complex asset division issues. From evaluating equitable division of a closely held family business, tracing complicated separate property claims, or negotiating residential time in a parenting plan, I strive to achieve positive and practical results.
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, I graduated from Henry M. Jackson High School where I enjoyed playing soccer and fastpitch softball. As a running start student, I was fortunate to earn my AA degree from Edmonds Community College simultaneous with my high school diploma (highly recommended). I received my undergraduate degree from Menlo College in Atherton, California, where I had the privilege of continuing to play fastpitch softball. After returning to the Pacific Northwest, I attended Seattle University School of Law and later joined Beresford Booth PLLC. Today, my family and I reside in Mill Creek.
