I am a people's lawyer representing individual people, not companies, with personal injury claims and bankruptcies.
I help injured individuals navigate insurance claims and litigation to obtain appropriate compensation. Let's face it, being injured is no fun and sometimes people need a helping hand. I also help people overcome overwhelming debt by filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, stopping persistent calls from debt collectors and allowing peopel to start fresh.
As a compliment to my other practice areas, I help people create wills, healthcare directives and other simple estate planning.
Finally, I am a resource for my clients and my community. If you need an attorney in a different area of law, I can usually recommend a good attorney for you. Don't shop the Yellow Pages - just email me. I'm happy to assist you.
On a personal level, I have a passion for European travel, which began when I was an exchange student for a year in France as a teenager. While in law school, I spent a month studying in Amsterdam and a month studying in Rome. If you're a Rick Steves fan, we'll have a lot in common. Feel free to share your travel adventures with me.
Don't hesitate to contact me for a consultation regarding your injury case or bankruptcy . I assist people from Greater Seattle area: Everett, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Northgate, Seattle, Renton, Tukwila, Kent, Burien, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Des Moines, Federal Way, Fife, Tacoma. I look forward to helping you.

I look forward to working with Roxanne on cases. She is tenacious and advocates effectively for her clients. She is well versed in Washington law due to her years of experience in personal injury as not only a lawyer but also a paralegal. Her clients love her and her performance illustrates why.
