I am an experienced and aggressive DUI defense attorney of Fox Bowman Duarte. After rapidly becoming one of the most highly respected trial lawyers for the Seattle City Attorney's office I went into private practice defending those accused of drunk driving. I spent five years defending DUIs, and I am one of the most thoroughly trained DUI attorneys in Washington.

I am trained to administer the field sobriety tests, the Drug Recognition evaluation and I am trained to administer and calibrate the BAC DataMaster breath test machine. My breath test training was held at the manufacturer of the device in Ohio.
