  • Justin N Rosas

I have the privilege of working in the same community as Kelly. Having seen him teach a continuing legal education event and share his knowledge of voire dire, his deftness with technology and his ability to cleanly and concisely articulate a complex point with a crowd of younger attorneys - I can attest to Kelly's abilities in a courtroom setting. I serve on a board with Kelly and find his observations, advice to the group and goals for the organization to be spot on. I would endorse Kelly for any of his practice areas as one of the top attorneys in the Valley or the State. His reputation is deserved.
