I graduated with honors from Howard University School of Law, where I discovered my love for the law. I honed my meticulous attention to detail and relentless work ethic while practicing Labor and Employment, and Securities Litigation at a world renowned corporate firm.
I then worked as a Pre-trial attorney for one of the country's largest municipalities, where I conducted and defended, drafted and argued literally hundreds of depositions and motions. I also learned how to conduct thorough investigations, interview reluctant witnesses and locate pertinent evidence.
I then became a trial attorney, trying civil rights, motor vehicle accident, and trip and fall cases, involving death, traumatic brain injuries and shattered spines, just to name a few. So I am experienced in questioning and cross-examining police officers, correctional officers, teachers, doctors, chiropractors, surgeons, psychologists and economists. I am also adept at formulating winning trial strategies.
I also clerked for a New York State Supreme Court Judge, where I drafted numerous published decisions, relating to such issues as insurance coverage, civil rights violations, mortgage foreclosures and workers compensation. In short, I have experienced the legal profession from top to bottom. Who better to have on your side?
