Ms Stern was quick to understand and knew how to best advise me for my situation. She is easy to talk to, a good listener and then promptly proceeds with the necessary steps to begin the process. She also explains things in plain and simple terms. She worked very timely for me and has a great approach. I couldn't have been any more pleased. I highly recommend her. Her fees are reasonable as well.
