I dealt directly with Mr. Trierwieler for most of my case. This man is both incredily knowledgable and exceedingly kind. Filing bankruptcy was a very painful prospect for me, and I was terrified of the ramifications. The folks at Todd's office helped me through it without making me feel embarrassed or ashamed. My case is still going, and I have been able to contact Todd a few times about issues that have popped up. He was always more than happy to help me.

I'm 63 years old, and two years ago, had My Back Against the Wall, with Debt. Like most Folks I thought all Lawyers were trained by the Firm of "DEWEY, CHEATEM & HOWE", but was I Wrong. The minute we contacted the Trierweiler Law Firm, we knew we had picked the right Attorneys to protect us. We were treated with respect from the beginning. They took the fear out of the process, and were with us all the way. Todd and His Associates are always quick to answer any questions. We just made our 24th payment to the Trustee, and have only 12 remaining. Believe me, it feels great to be away from the threats, and verbal abuse of some creditors. This is an unsolicited review, and I'm not friends with anyone at the Firm, so I wasn't put up to this. If you're in over your head like we were, give the Trierweiler Law Folks a call. You won't be sorry! Mike, Oregon Coast

Filed Chapter 13 in 2006. There were creditors that didn't get filed because of a slip up on paperwork once filed. To re-add the creditors, the attorney wanted more money to re-do the paper work that they messed up. Extremely difficult to contact unless you go directly to their office. When I finally did get a hold of an attorney, I was told that they aren't the one handeling my case anylonger and I would have to find out who the new person is and talk to them.
Became unemployed and tried to covert to Chapter 7 and they wanted an additional $1000.00, with no changes to creditors, only a case conversion. And then expected me to have enough money to make payments to my other creditors.
I paid this law firm hundreds of dollars....FOR WHAT???
I have since allowed my case to become dismissed, because I am UNEMPLOYED.... I have NO MONEY!!!
I would love a refund of all monies paid to this attorney and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!
