I enjoy working with businesses, nonprofits and healthcare organizations to tackle employment-related legal issues.  Often these issues are not clear cut and involve a team approach, quite a bit of give and take with the client, and some good common sense problem-solving.  There is nothing that gives me greater satisfaction than taking a complex and contentious situation and having it work out to the satisfaction of both the employee and the employer, without the need for litigation.
