I represent students of all ages with issues relating to the school they attend including disciplinary actions, personal injury, and civil rights.  I represent special education students in the K-12 school and assist in obtaining appropriate services.  I also represent college and graduate students with issues in their education including civil rights. 


 


I litigate in state and Federal courts and appeals.


 


I counsel small businesses with regad to formation, buy-sell, merger, continuation, and related contracts.
