Steven is a skilled lawyer with a practice that emphasizes litigation of construction defect cases. He also supports his firm's efforts to provide follow up counseling on proper construction contracting techniques. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class at the University of Oregon School of Law and served on the law review.
Prior to that Steven served three years in the US Army Infantry, including one tour in Kirkuk, Iraq. Steven earned his BA from the University of the Pacific in Philosophy.
