About me

Lin is an Adult Congenital Heart Defect Survivor and fancies herself one of the few lawyers in her 30's who has survived two open heart surgeries. It was these experiences that drive her passion to work for those fighting the same battles she has. As a lawyer, Lin volunteered at Disability Rights Oregon and serves on the Multnomah Bar Association's committee for Equality and Diversity. She is also on the Executive Board of The Oregon State Bar's Disability Section.  She is proud to make her passion her livelihood. Lin is committed to access to justice and will work with clients on low-bono rates suited for your family's income, an affordable alternative when you are already coping with so much.

She feels fortunate to work in Social Security Disability primarily and travels to hearings as far off as Wyoming or even Hawaii to work with clients whose struggles resonate with her experiences.  She looks forward to working with you near or far and will take your SSDI case with a free consultation and on a contingency fee basis.  If you have a long term disability issue as well, Lin is happy to look into that as well.

Other rates apply for other case areas.
