I was arrested on New Years Day for DUII and reckless driving. I refused a breath test, and the police took away my license. I was told that meant an automatic suspenion for a year. I called the Herron Law Firm. Olga, the paralegal, called me back at home on a Sunday. I was so impressed with her knowlege and caring. I spoke with Mr. Herron in person a few days later. He was professional and caring. He appeared in court with me less than a week later on the DUII charge. He was able to get me into Diversion. We went to court a few weeks later on the reckless driving. Again, Mr. Herron came through for me. He worked out a deal with the D.A. and was able to get me just a fine and no jail time or community service. I only got a 3 month suspension of my license for the reckless driving. I was able to get a hardship permit signed by the judge I had appeared before. The next day, Mr. Herron called. He had won my DMV hearing on the one year license suspension. I could not believe it. I can't say enough about how professional, knowleable, and caring Mr. Herron and his entire staff are. They saw me through one of the worst experiences of my life and helped me to get my life back on track. I would recommend Bartley Herron to friends, family, and anyone facing a DUII.

Mr. Herron is an individual as well as an attorney. He has complete understanding of your circumstance as well as the emotions that run deep in his client. I cannot say enough good things about what Mr.Herron has done for me; but what I can say is that I would recommend him to any one with a second thought.

Mr. Herron got my case Dismissed in Clackamas County. DA said she thought I was guilty. My attorney said she couldn't prove it! Mr. Herron made her back out and close my case.
