In addition to building her legal expertise and dispute resolution skills, Tonya is active in community and neighborhood committees, including being a past elected board member for Oregon's largest planned community, the Forest Heights Homeowner's Association (FHHOA) during 2003-2005. Tonya is an amazing attorney. She is a strong advocate not just for her clients, but also for their families; that can be really hard to find in a family law attorney. She really knows the law well and is able to communicate that to her clients, while remaining empathetic. I highly endorse her.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Tonya Alexander is a superbly competent and experienced family law lawyer and mediator. I have worked with Tonya on a number of cases and she consistently demonstrates excellent legal skills and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of virtually all issues pertaining to family law. In particular, as a mediator, her skills are second to none, handling sensitive and often emotionally-charged cases with civility, compassion and fairness. As a family law lawyer, she is a zealous and compassionate advocate on behalf of her clients while at the same time working well with opposing attorneys and commanding their respect, as well as the respect of the judges before whom she appears. I endorse and commend her without reservation.
