Rick has been absolutely outstanding! I was charged with DUI in early 2011 and went to see him based on on-line reviews. He listened to my story and outlined his plan of action. Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately) we didn't get to trial as the state had trouble counting and didn't prosecute me within the time allowed. We all go through bad instances, and unfortunately I went through one of the worst instances of my life on a Thursday night. I thought my world was falling upon me when I had gone through getting booked, going to jail, and paying bail to get out. Mr. Holcomb was the only lawyer I visited after being arrested for DUI. I called his office at 10:00 a.m. and was in his personal office at 3:00 p.m. He could see I was stressed over my situation and comforted me by saying, "lets not cry over spilled milk and see what we can do." What can I say about this attorney?
This guy really helped me out in a situation I was completely blind-sided by. I have never had problems with the law where I was on the receiving end. Also not really having any friends that have had DUIs and living in a city that is new to me set me back on experience.

The next day after I got out of jail for my DUI I had my friend drive me up to him to get a free consultation. I had no idea what I was in for. I am 26 years old and had just recently moved back to Hawaii from California. I had gotten my third DUI shortly after. In despiration, I was in search for a DUI Lawyer which could get me out of this crisis I had put myself into.
