This is so long over due, please accept my apology.
Mr. Wente was/is professional, very polite, listened, even listened & commented on my perspective of how I wanted my case handled. Of course I am not an attorney, he pointed out the what comes first, procedure by law, his requests for legal documents to inquire facts &/or any substance for this case to even exist, in which he made several requests. He then went over what would happen next after he reviewed the report.... This case in particular ran way longer than it ever should have. Many court dates reset, no cooperation from the DA, etc.. Yet Mr. Wente kept right in there representing me. In the end about a year later or more the case was dismissed:!! without ever a word spoken in court in regards to the alleged charges, my innocence, the waste of time with all concerned meaning Mr. Wente, myself and the court, money, energy, added stress, frustration, along with everything else that the judicial system encumbers with your life. Wow, I felt bad for Mr. Wente in all his time, effort, expense traveling etc... (especially since he was court appointed). He didn't even get a thank you or an acknowledgement from the DA for his presence for every court date being present representing me!!
I would recommend Mr. N. Wente; Attorney at Law, if you are in need of legal representation. What he showed me in procedure and then if motions made and all that it takes to put it all together, etc... even though he did not speak a word in court I knew he knew his stuff and will stand by his truths in justice.
Thank you again Mr. Wente

In January of 2015, I was heading home from the gym in grants pass, as I took a left on F street an off duty GPPD officer claimed I had used exssive Lane changing and cut him off. He instantly called 911, followed me to the south free way entrance Untill an on duty officer signaled for me to pull over in the gravel just before the on ramp. After almost an hour goes by, the on duty officer tells me he will be issueing a citation for speed racing due to exssive lane change, with grand total of 435$ fine. The following day I searched around town Google called multiple lawyers. None of them really giving me more then a solid answer and a high hourly rate just to hear my my story and give me a idea of what I am looking at. Keep in mind I have zero experience with tickets and court, it was even my first time ever being pulled over! after a long day of zero results I finally found Nathan wente on this website saw his reviews and like all things online how can you really know if it is true. All though I was skeptical at first I gave it a shot. I was really impressed when we sat down for the time and talked because it was unlike most lawyers looking for every angle to make more money on you. it felt more like I was talking to a friend who was willing to help instead of feeling like he was forced to help. He gave me more then a fare fee, multipul options and a professional consultation, with in minutes I hired him. Once the court date came around he was able to dismiss the ticket before they could even speak. He is extremely knowledgeable, strait to the point, and gets things done. I would be more then happy any day to have Nathan wente as my Laywer again. If you have ever been falsely accused of anything this man can help fight for you. Thank you Nathan wente.

I am a law enforcement officer who had the opportunity of working with Nate Wente when he started his career as an attorney. He was a good and dedicated attorney. Although we now work on opposite sides of the fence, I have no doubt that his honesty and integrity are still intact. I would hire Nate Wente to represent me should that ever be necessary.

Although Nathan was in a different county, he was kind enough to help me and give me some advice. He gave me a great sense for the situation and told me what my options were. I'd definitely hire him any day!

I had two felony 3 year old warrants out of Medford, OR. I have been living in Texas. I contacted Attorney Wente and he set up a payment plan for me and communicated exactly what my options for my case out could be. During the time it took to finish my case he would go to the DA with any reduction possibility with my case and inform me of the out come. Long story short with in 3 months he got my felony dropped to one Misdemeanor and I did not even have to go to Oregon. I got to sit in Texas the whole time. He communicates in a very clear and timely manner and has reasonable fees. He is very nice and will get the best out come possible for you. I would use him again and again. He understands the legal system and does fight to stop the Government from treading on your rights. On my original case before I hired Mr. Wente I had an offer of 10 years. I got 11 months of Bench probation and $700 fine when it was all said. GO ATTORNEY WENTE!!!!

Mr. Wente put himself through the wringer to represent me in my speeding ticket case in
Medford, Or. Even with a staunch opposition, Mr. Wente's thorough work ethic reigned supreme. He kept his nose to the grindstone and double checked every protocol to ensure I was being treated fairly. He fully explored every avenue to give my case the best chance to be dismissed. Mr. Wente will be honest and say that there are no guarantees, but I feel his representation is as close to a sure thing as you are going to get. I am and you will be more than pleased with the amount of effort Mr. Wente puts into his law practice.

For something so substantial in my life it was a relief to have Mr.Wente. I knew he was a prior District Attorney and was intimidating in court. As a defense attorney he really was able to help me get out of a tight spot. He was very punctual and reliable and was able to work out a great deal for me with the DA that got me out of jail sooner than I expected.
