Robert Lee Marshall

also known as Bob Marshall

Practice areas:

Criminal Defense, DUI & DWI, Juvenile

About Me

I spent more than a decade in journalism before some local attorneys and judges encouraged me to switch careers. Since graduating from law school and passing the bar exam on my first attempt, my practice has been exclusively criminal defense.

In addition to my solo practice in Chico, California, I've also worked in the Mendocino and Solano County Public Defender offices. During those years, I've handled everything from traffic citations to murder cases.

  • Jess Raphael

There is no one more valuable to an accused needing experienced, even-handed representation without the interference of ego and pretense than retaining a seasoned former public defender. We are the no bull**** attorneys who are used to trying cases on principal, and communicating with our clients without putting on a show. That's why I endorse Bob.
