I used Betty Williams' services on a tax matter. The legal service provided seemed adequate although it was merely average and unremarkable and was certainly nothing special. Her customer service, however, I can only characterize as poor. When I began to experience problems funding my trust account, I suddenly became undesirable. When she realized that my funds were drawing to an end she couldn't get away fast enough. It is unfortunate that it appears to me that money is the motivating factor with this firm. She did not advance my case very far, and in the end I was basically where I started.
