About me

Kristin M. Kaminski is admitted to practice in California, Nevada and Wisconsin and focuses her practice on estate planning and administration. Prior to moving to California in 2014, Kristin gained experience with Northern Nevada's premier estate planning law firm, Anderson, Dorn & Rader, Ltd., where she counseled clients on trust and estate administration and post-mortem planning. Her compassionate disposition coupled with her comprehension of estate and trust administration provides clients experiencing the loss of a loved one with comfort and relief.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she received Dean’s List honors and admittance into the Law School’s Pro Bono Honors Society. While in law school, Kristin successfully represented claimants in contested unemployment insurance hearings before administrative law judges. She also gained experience interning with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps at Pearl Harbor, Hawai’i, and a took semester of classes at the University of Hawai’i William S. Richardson School of Law. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business and Management from Alverno College, a top-ranked Catholic women’s college, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is currently obtaining her Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning.

Outside of the office, Kristin is an active member of her church and enjoys exploring Northern California. She resides in Fair Oaks with her husband Jack, and Mango, their African sulcata tortoise.
