I had a legal issue with my future employer who was denying me my job based on my background check. Although my background check did have charges on them, since I completed a drug diversion program I legally did not have to disclose my conviction because there are none, (PC 1210 in case you wondered). After literally weeks and weeks of trying to explain this to them, I hired Mr Foos and within 2 weeks they called me and re-offered me the job. It's unfortunate that they were not clear on the law and I had to go to this step, but he was confident, as was I, we would win. My suggestion to anyone would be to review your rights and know ALL your information before calling an attorney. It sometimes is more helpful going in. He was perfect!

Mr. Foos handled my DUI case with great expertise. His fee schedule was more than fair, there were no hidden costs, he and his staff were very responsive, and the result was much better than I expected. I am grateful for the outstanding work Mr. Foos did on my behalf.
