    Handled a challenge against a city's amendments to its rent control ordinance which adversely affected me and a number of other residents of a mobile home park. Very knowledgeable in this area of the law, very competent litigator, clearly very respected in the field.

    Maurice was excelent in helping recover an inheartance from 30 years ago, many road blocks but he never gave up and kept us informed and showed compasion and understanding. I have delt with many attorney's of the years and i Cant say enough about Maurice. he has went out of his way in many cases for us. WE FEEL SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND HIM.     Mr. Priest failed to communicate with me for months at a time. He did not file my case for over three years just before the statue expired.

    We engaged Mr. Priest to represent our HOA in an attempt to purchase our mobile home park. Unfortunately, we were unable to consumate a purchase due to an uncooperative seller. Mr. Priest was very knowledgeable in all phases, from legal aspects to finance.
    We were grateful for his efforts.
