I have known, worked with and referred clients to Tim for over a decade. Tim has a thorough understanding of estate planning and elder law, particularly in the area of qualifying clients in need for Medi-Cal eligibility and coverage. As an attorney with an AV Preeminent rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, Tim's legal credentials are impeccable. He also has the desire to educate the families with whom he works in a way that makes these complex areas of the law understandable in plain English which leaves his clients with the peace of mind of knowing that their families are protected when they are in the midst of challenging circumstances. I endorse Tim without reservation.
