Joshua Kaizuka

About me

I have focused on criminal defense for over 15 years defending and representing thousands of clients from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. Direct and to the point assesement of cases and what needs to be done. I also have extensive experience with DUI defense including dealing with DMV hearings.

I have represented many clients who have professional licenses and commercial licenses, immigration issues, and take a team approach to best defend the criminal or DUI case to have the least impact.

Representing individuals with mental health issues is one of the things I have experience in and while difficult, very rewarding.

Reasonable rates and more than willing to litigate, but most importantly, work towards goals for the client or better depending on the facts and evidence of the case.

In my spare time, I am involved in various minority and community efforts because it is something that we as lawyers need to do to advocate for.
