Mark was able to reduce a possible DUI to a speeding ticket for me. I would recommend Mark to anyone in need of representation concerning traffic matters and the law.

Getting pulled over for a possible DUI is like walking into a minefield. As a licensed professional, whose career is now hanging in the balance, it is like entering house of horrors. At a time like this you need not only a map showing all the trap doors, but a familiarity with the complete cast of characters. Mark Sollitt is a defender who has these qualifications.
My case carried on for quite some time as Mr. Sollitt worked to insure criminal charges were never filed and the DMV pursued their case only after I was safe from criminal prosecution. When we finally did have the DMV hearing, Mr. Sollitt brought to bear all expert testimony, witness accounts, and hard evidence. He asked just the right questions of each person involved in my defense and presented the evidence in the best way to make the case for my innocence clear and compelling. Winning a DMV hearing is a daunting task but in the end we prevailed thanks to Mr. Sollitt's efforts. I believe it is very unlikely the outcome would have been the same with a different lawyer.
I need to take a moment to commend the criminalist Stanley Dorrance who Mr. Sollitt enlisted as an expert witness. He was attentive and thorough with me and worked well with Mr. Sollitt to make sure the appropriate data was collected, analyzed, and asserted in a coherent manner. His voice behind the scenes in the days leading up to the hearing and also during the hearing was strong and reassuring.
If I had to fault Mr. Sollitt it would be in the area of communication and I offer the following comments in the interest of being helpful and constructive: Sometimes I felt as if I was not a high priority or that the information and ideas I offered were not taken seriously and promptly acted upon, many of which were time critical and proved to be pivotal. In addition, I often felt in the dark about our defense and how I was to present myself until shortly before the hearing. In the end all elements were brought together well, but it seemed to me as if it was just in the nick of time.
But all in all I am very satisfied with the results and now feel as if I gained a new lease on life. I am so thankful Mark Sollitt was there for me and sincerely cared about my future.

My husband hired Mark to dispute a speeding ticket he received which would of suspended his license if found guilty. Unfortunately he was found guilty however Mark fought for him and did everything in his power to find him not guilty. He was good and covered every angle. So since my husband was found guilty we hired Mark again to get him a hard ship license, or a second chance to keep his license from DMV. We won the DMV hearing and my husband got to keep his drivers license with 1 year driving probation. We were satisfied with the outcome. Mark is good and his secretary Elizabeth is so helpful. She has so much patience and kept us informed of everything that was happening. She also understood our busy schedule and made the hearings on our time. Mark is very lucky to have such an excellent secretary.

We hired Mr. Sollitt to defend my son for a DUI charge. Mr. Sollitt has an expertise working with DUI cases that far exceeds other attorneys. Given my son's circumstances, he received the best possible legal outcome. We highly recommend Mr. Sollitt.

I retained Mr. Sollitt to defend me on a DUI with refusal charge. My first interactions were with Lisabeth, the law assistant. She was personable, friendly, and helpful in answering general questions. My research, along with my conversation with Lisabeth, led me to actually hire Mr. Sollitt. I first met Mr. Sollitt at court during an arraignment. As I watched Mr. Sollitt interact with the Judge and the court staff it was obvious he knew these people and how to navigate in their system. When we spoke in private, Mr. Sollitt laid out the charges, his plan for my defense, and what he needed from me to assist him. A good portion of Mr. Sollitt's work is "behind the scenes", but he and Lisabeth were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I contacted them about. In the end, Mr. Sollitt convinced the DA to drop the charges. Mr. Sollitt is a knowledgeable and competent lawyer. Don't delay, call him.

My need for an attorney was simply to handle a traffic ticket. Mark appeared for me at the initial court date. A trial date was set for a few weeks later. Mark asked me to appear also, in case my testimony was needed. The citing officer did not show up. The Judge dismissed the case. We thanked him and left. I believe the officer, a fine and decent young man, may have got cold feet when forced, in this instance, to defend an issuance that was a bit more complicated than zapping a vehicle with a laser.
I recommend using an attorney for even the simplest of affairs. If you're lucky you will find one as pleasant as Mark.

Mark did a great job on my DUI case. I had circumstances on my arrest that required 60 days in jail and Mark got me no jail time and he got my license back right after our day in court--no suspension! Mark worked with the District Attorney and based on their knowledge of each other, got me the best deal possible. Highly recommended!

Mark was Great! I had a very difficult DUI case and Mark was able to make the best deal the law would allow. His knowledge, relationships, and tenure in this business was the key advantage in this case. He really knew what he could and could not fight for to get the best outcome.
