Jared primarily practices Chapter 7, 11, and 13 consumer and small business bankruptcy. He also assists consumers in FDCPA collections litigation, and small business contract review.
EDUCATION
Jared received his Bachelor in Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from California State University at Chico, his Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
During law school Jared was a member of the Dean’s List and earned the Kierney Family Foundation Scholarship. Jared also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies in a joint venture of the Universität Salzburg and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
PROFESSIONAL
Jared has been invited to speak multiple times to instruct other attorneys in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy practice.
Jared has also written pamphlets designed to assist people in their understanding of Bankruptcy law.
MEMBERSHIPS
Jared is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Sacramento Bar Association, and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. Jared is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California, and is authorized to practice before the Eastern and Northern Districts of the United States Federal Court in California.
