I have known Elizabeth for about 10 years. We co-facilitate a class together. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and grounded in her profession. She is interested in educating organizations and individuals about employment law so they can make informed employment decisions. I like the emphasis she places on understanding yourself and recognizing the impact your decisions have on you, those you work with, and the organization. I think she offers a "big picture" perspective that I do not often get from other attorneys.

Elizabeth has been our legal counsel of choice for eight years. Elizabeth Ison has been instrumental to our Company for nearly five years. We first found Elizabeth after a Fair Employment complaint was filed against our Company and we were very impressed with the knowledge, advice, and assistance she demonstrated during the entire process. We were able to respond to the complaint and establish that we had not engaged in the conduct reported against us.
