About me

I have over 35 years experience working in the Criminal Law field.  I am a former prosecutor (19 years experience) and have been a criminal defense attorney for the past 15 years.  I have tried hundreds of cases (I do not just plea my clients with a minimum amount of work.)

I am a member of the California Public Defenders Association, as well as the California DUI Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association.

I pride myself in finding the best possible solution to my clients' troubles.  I am certified to handle cases before all the state courts, the local Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court.  I have handled one case to the California Supreme Court and am pleased to say that I won that case.
