 DON HANSEN, JD, PhD,  is a Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Berkeley, and an Adjunct Professor Emeritus of Community Property Law at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. 


 


Before turning to Family Law, Don became a leading authority on family relations, child development and family stress.  He has published almost 100 books, articles and research papers and has lectured extensively in the United States, Europe and New Zealand. He holds a PhD in Family Sociology and a PhD in Counseling, as well as a Doctorate in Law.  Don specializes in Divorce Litigation,  Mediation, and Collaborative Dissolutions.
