Mr. Webster is a skilled and experienced advocate, providing traditional family law litigation services, along with less-adversarial family law mediation services.  Mr. Webster is also trained in, and frequently participates in collaborative practice cases, wherein both spouses and their attorneys commit themselves to mutually resolving differences without the threat of resorting to the court system or to any form of actual litigation.

Mr. Webster has practiced locally for more than twenty five years.  He has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since 1987.  Over the years, Mr. Webster has developed a reputation for his ability to to negotiate and settle very difficult family law cases.  Where settlement is not possible, Mr. Webster is known to pursue cases aggressively, yet effectively. His practice is referral-based, with clients spread throughout California and across the United States.
