Bobbie R. Todd is a trial attorney with experience in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors. She has previously worked as a Deputy County Counsel to the County of Yuba and a Litigation Attorney for Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association. Attorney Todd has also served as chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Second Amendment Civil Rights Subcommittee, which she founded in 2011. Attorney Todd has experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on constitutional and civil rights, probate, tax,and government matters, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, making policy determinations, and handling public records requests and other open government issues.


 


During law school, Attorney Todd externed under the Honorable J. Spencer Letts at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and she also spent a summer helping Holocaust survivors qualify for reparations from the German government.
