This is a term used in the state of Iowa, cleverly worded. Does it mean they want to keep the property or are they giving the owner opportunity to claim it?

  • How do I find out if I am still on probation

Need to know my status of my probation

    Gregory’s Answer

Go the clerk's office and ask them to pull your file so that you can review it. You will need the case number; if you don't have it the clerk can help you get it. Review your sentencing minutes and you should be able to figure it out from there. You also can hire a good attorney in your area who can help you. Good luck!
