After watching family members going through what seemed like endless hours of attorney appointments and months and months of stress, we just kept putting off creating ours for fear of going through the same. Well, soooooo glad we were given the wonderful referral to Richard Hess. He not only saw us quickly but had our entire trust ready for signing in less than two weeks! He is very professional and explains everything in great detail enough that in the end we had no questions and understood our trust perfectly. The trust is presented in a beautiful custom binder which I was not expecting. His pricing is very, very reasonable. There is such a peace of mind knowing that this is completed and done well. I highly recommend Richard to anyone wanting to make a trust or have him help a family member administer one. He really is a very nice, honest person who we trust - no pun intended. We feel very lucky to have found him.

Mr. Hess was on vacation when I called the office, but he stopped in the middle of his vacation to make an appointment that same morning to see me. This was the first time I'd ever seen him. I couldn't believe how thoughtful and caring he was. I have a very complicated estate issue and he provided me every paper I needed and more information than I could ever have imagined. I don't think he'll ever know just how much all that meant and how much he helped me. He makes you feel like you've known him forever. If you ever find yourself in need of an attorney, please contact Richard Hess. You'll leave his office feeling like you're family and that any problem you have is taken care of. He is brilliant and down-to-earth, but he doesn't play when it comes to his profession. He knows what he is doing and is about the most honest person I've met. I'll recommend him to every person I meet. Thank you, Mr. Hess. You made this very emotional and difficult process so much easier and it was a true honor to meet you. Please don't ever change!! :) We need more people like you in the world :) simp
