I think you need to see a Criminal Defense Attorney. But, if the warrant is valid, then the search will be valid one. You may need to see an Attorney to question the validity of a warrant.

I would completely agree with previous attorney who answered your question. You should report the condition as stated by Attorney as the house is not in livable condition. Small claims is also a good option. I think you can withhold some rent amount that you spent on repairs. Meanwhile, send some written requests to your landlord regarding condition of your home so that you can use them as further proof in case of law suit.

    Kamala’s Answer

90 days rule is applicable to tenants living in the home at the time of auction. They are entitled to 90 day notice. I don't think you can avail this law. If you can't vacate the house right away, try to negotiate with new owners of the home. If you feel the foreclosure was unlawful or so, please contact a foreclosure attorney in your area.

In normal proceedings, opposite party move for a contempt order in case of non compliance. But in case of small claims case, it may land you in regular court. What I think is you need to have enough proof on your hand describing your compliance. So, try to save all proofs that involved in your case.
