Outcome: Clients pled no contest in lieu of a "deferred entry of judgment." This means, if they lead a law abiding life for one year, the case shall be dismissed. I am confident this will happen.
Outcome: Client granted diversion, must pay back store, do community service and take a "theft awareness" class. When these requirements are completed, the case shall be dismissed.
