Description: Clients were sold vehicles by dealer claiming they were of superior quality, reliable for clients' stated purposes and of comparable performance as luxury models produced by different manufacturers. Shortly after clients' began to use the vehicles, each vehicle exhibited driveability issues and electrical system failures and would turn off while being driven.
