I hired Ms Sherrell for a CA personal injury automobile case. She guided me through the medical treatment to ensure that the treatment was correct, she was very easy to work with in general.
I had no trouble to communicate with her and she kept me informed at every step of the process which took over a year to conclude. Her work and excelent knowledge of the law resulted in a reward which went beyond what I was expecting . This might have had something to do with the fact that Ms. Sherrell prepares every case for trial which makes an out of court settlement more probable.

Lynn Sherrell changed my life. She made sure I received medical treatment after my injury on the job and helped me through one of the
hardest experiences I've ever faced. She truly cares about doing the right thing by her clients and I feel completely blessed to have found her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and keep her name at the tip of my tongue for anyone needing an attorney.

In 2006 I took Lynn's Wills and Trust class and then she did my trust. I found her extremely knowledgable and helpful in making the trust.
In 2009, I had a problem getting my divorce documents from the Alameda County Courthouse and Lynn helped me thread my way through Social Security and the County Records Departments.

Great advice on living trust administration before and after my father's death. Proactive help in resolving trust dispute with step-parent. Successful resolution with win-win solution. Have recommended her many times and all have been favorable to my friends and associates.

Lynn assisted me greatly in the following action:
When my 97 year-old dad drove his car through the garage door, damaging my classic Chevy, the insurance company denied coverage and payment, claiming that he "had care of" the vehicle in the garage.Ms. Sherrell persuaded the insurance company that the damage WAS covered by my father's insurance policy, and payment was made. Insurance policies are tricky, and companies don't like to pay. Lynn was very helpful in my case and I am grateful for it!
