My experience with C.W. Goodroe (Christopher) was positive from the start. Being new to litigation of any kind, I had no idea what to expect of the process. Chris was informative and answered my many questions. He explained the entire process, what I should expect, and was clear on the timeline. Communication was excellent and he always returned my calls or emails promptly as well as calling or emailing when he said he would. I also appreciated that he explained all possibilities and let me decide what I wanted to do, even though I most commonly went with his advice. Chris is determined, confident, and not easily intimidated, so I felt very sure that my case was handled with the best outcome possible. I highly recommend his services.

When my car accident case turned from routine to down right hostile, from the defendant's insurance company, I knew I needed to find strong legal representation to receive a fair settlement. Like most people, I didn't know where to turn for help and frankly I didn't trust most attorneys. Fortunately, I was introduced to Chris by a reliable source and he ended up providing the perfect combination of legal tenacity and client emotional support. Chris immediately assumed all direct communication with the insurance company, reducing my stress level and allowing me to physically heal and move forward with my life. Chris always had my best interest at heart and fought to get me the best settlement possible. I hope to never have to deal with another accident but if it happens and I'm forced to seek legal help again I wouldn't hesitate even for a minute to call Chris.

My family retained Mr. Goodroe to represent us in a matter concerning a property management company and property owner. The management company (with whom we had the contract) consistently tried to punt the issue to the property owner, and the property owner was completely non-responsive. Chris's persistent pursuit of the case lead to the management company fully refunding our money, even though we would have been willing to settle for a lesser amount.
