Mauricio (Reese) Ramos- is the best!
I was in a financial crisis when I first consulted with Reese. The thought of bankruptcy was scary and embarrassing yet necessary. I will never forget Reese telling me that my worth was not determined by my financial situation. His words of wisdom gave me comfort and the courage to make the right decision (for me it bankruptcy) and move on.
Reese worked around my schedule so I wouldn't have to take time off work. He answered all my questions- and I had plenty of them. He was very thorough in explaining the court proceedings and walked me through every step of the way.
His fees are extremely reasonable and it is obvious he is dedicated to his clients and truly cares about them.

I found Mr. Mauricio ("Reese") Ramos on Craigslist. I was a little apprehensive, but I felt I should at least call and ask him questions and then make the decision as to whether or not I should move forward with bankruptcy. After speaking with Reese, he sent me an email explaining in detail what is entailed in filing the various Chapters for bankruptcy. He also memoralized what we had discussed during our telephone conversation. I sincerely appreciated the email as the significance of the bankruptcy process became very clear to me. I decided to move forward with the bankruptcy process. During the entire process, I was ushered through with a complete understanding. I didn't feel like my world was falling apart. Thanks to Reese. (He even called me while he was on vacation with his family to advise he would call upon his return.) You should know initially I did not have the funds to pay Reese or the Bankruptcy Court's filing fee. Reese allowed me to save the money and send it to him until his fee and the filing fee were paid. During that time, he did give me assignments to complete with respect to gathering the information needed to assist him in preparing my bankruptcy paperwork. By the time I had paid his fee and the Court's fee, he was ready to begin preparation of my bankruptcy paperwork. We met and he clearly explained the paperwork. Once I signed, the paperwork was promptly filed. Prior to my court appearance, we reviewed a questionnaire which definitely prepared me for the Trustee's questions. At the end of the process, I felt as if a very heavy load had been lifted from my shoulders. I am now debt free and beginning a new life. Mr. Ramos was of great help and professionalism during our bankruptcy process. While all other bankruptcy attorneys offered 15 minutes free consultation, we experienced over 1 hour conversation with “Mr. Reese” even before we accepted him to represent us. In addition, his attorney fees were very reasonable and much lower than all other bankruptcy attorneys we had contacted. He was very patient and very helpful during the whole process. My husband and I used Mauricio “Reese” Ramos for our Bankruptcy Lawyer, and could not have been happier. I highly recommend him. Before we even decided to use him, he took the time to have many lengthy conversations with me regarding our situation. He also came to my house to meet with all of my family (parents and my Aunt), who wanted to meet him and make sure they felt comfortable with him too. My whole family was impressed with him. He was very good about open communication through the whole process, returning calls very quickly, and always bringing ease to any situation we were facing. Our hearing went extremely smooth. We watched other clients get up with their attorneys, and I was not impressed. A lot of them were unprepared, unprofessional, and disorganized. The whole hearing for us was over in less than 5 minutes, and we were done. The debt was discharged when it was supposed to be (I think 60 days). I struggled for many months as to whether or not to file bankruptcy. I really did NOT want to do it as I've always paid my bills and had a good credit score. Circumstances happen in life that sometimes force us to make decisions that go against our values. My options were to continue struggling with my debt or step out of it and start over. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney!
